The Value Of A Real Estate Professional
Marketing
Marketing your home means separating it from the competition. This includes recommending a price, advising on necessary "make ready" (clean-up, repairs etc.) and implementing my marketing program. This is what most people think a real estate agent does. In fact, this is just the beginning.
Negotiation
The importance of negotiation is often overlooked by sellers. This function is critical to receiving top dollar for your property. My skill as a negotiator, coupled with my commitment to protecting your interest is an area where my sellers enjoy a distinct advantage.
Contract to Close
Choreographing contract to closing separates the "part-timers" from the professionals. This may be the most valuable function of a good real estate agent. Virtually every real estate transaction has unforeseen problems. Anticipating potential problems and overseeing the many details pertaining to the sale of a property is a demanding task. My excellent organizational skills, my ability to clearly communicate with all parties and service providers (title company, lender, inspectors, et.) and my negotiating skills enable me to provide the highest level of service to my sellers.
